Aphella was an ambitious university project to build a full-stack hospital management system. The goal was to create a secure, multi-user platform with role-based dashboards for admins, staff, and patients. While the final submission was incomplete, the project was a crucial learning experience in scope management, the importance of an MVP, and the challenges of solo full-stack development. This project served as a masterclass in recognizing the pitfalls of over-ambition and poor time management, reinforcing the importance of pragmatic planning and iterative development—lessons that have profoundly shaped my subsequent work.
* A detailed breakdown of the architecture, design challenges, and performance metrics will be available in the full case study.
